Shipping Methods

We recommend selecting a shipping address where someone is available to receive the package. During checkout, you can choose the best shipping method for your needs from the options below.

Please note: The availability of these shipping services depends on the items in your order and your shipping address. All eligible options for your specific order will be displayed during the checkout process.

Available Options:

  • FedEx One Rate: A flat-rate shipping option for predictable, simple pricing.
  • UPS Ground Saver: An economical ground delivery option for non-urgent shipments.
  • UPS Ground: A reliable and cost-effective ground shipping service.
  • USPS Priority Mail: A dependable service for domestic deliveries, typically arriving in 1-3 business days.
  • UPS 3 Day Select: Guaranteed delivery within 3 business days.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: A fast, reliable option for delivery within 2 business days.
  • UPS Next Day Air: Our fastest service for guaranteed overnight delivery.

For larger or heavier items, we may also offer specialized freight services. Please note that we reserve the right to choose the most suitable shipping carrier for your selected service (e.g., Ground, Expedited) to ensure the best delivery experience.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

To get your order out the door on the same day, please place it before 12:00 PM PST, Monday-Friday.

  • Same-Day Shipping Cutoff: 12:00 PM PST.
  • After Cutoff: Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Example: A Next Day Air order placed on a Friday at 3:00 PM PST will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.

Most orders placed on Fridays are processed for shipment on the following Monday. You can use a ground shipping map (if provided on your site) to estimate delivery times.

USPS Priority Mail:

  • Estimated Transit Time: Typically 1-3 business days (this is an estimate and not guaranteed).
  • Delays: Delivery times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • The total weight and size of the items in your cart.
  • The shipping destination.
  • The shipping method you select.

Important Address Information:

  • To avoid delivery issues or extra fees, please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately.
  • If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to an incorrect address, the original shipping charges cannot be refunded. You may also be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.

Shipping to PO Boxes & Military Addresses

  • PO Boxes: You must select a USPS service for delivery to a PO Box. Other carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: Please select USPS Priority Mail for all military addresses. These shipments require special handling and have longer transit times. Please allow 20 to 40 days for delivery.

International Shipping

  • Canada: We currently only ship internationally to Canada.
  • Taxes & Duties: Shipments to Canada may be subject to additional taxes and duties upon arrival. These charges are not included in your shipping fee and are the customer's sole responsibility.
  • Product Restrictions: Due to PACT Act regulations, we are unable to ship vape products to Canada.
